Anybody have a nitro RC car? I just got my first one traxxas jato. I love it, the thing hauls ass. 2 speed auto tranny, no reverse and a rotor brake, Limited slip differential.

Anyone wanna go hit up a parking lot and race?

time to start spending lots of money on replacement parts.. rc cars break just about everytime u run them... thats why mine is gone

 

i havent broken anything yet ive had it for bout 2 weeks and drive it everyother day. Jason and I take of them though and clean after every drive. Hes broken his rear strut mount twice. The first he jumped off the lip of mount trashmore and caught abought 5-6' of air it was crazy. the the second he cut to sharp on our street hit the curb and rolled and broke it. luckily parts are alot cheap then real cars haha.

 

Mine broke once.

I managed to be going ~40MPH and hit a patch of leaves and slide into a curb. I knew it was bad news when I saw sparks flying and my front driverside wheel kept rolling.

$8.00 axle. Maybe yours was a lemon.

 

i have a micro rs4 and a xmod both of them are turbo and upgraded motors and suspension i think my micro could hang with you....but like u said they break i was going too fast and tried to stop and stripped the pinion gear..and on mi xmod i was goign to fast and like ritz said i hit a wall and my wheel kept rolling

I just sold my HPI RS4 Type SS. Fun little car for a .12 motor.

 

Come to Gosnold Hope Park with us one night. Soko2000 has (or had) a savage, and THSpoq had his mini out one night.

The both of them have been through like 9,000 cars. Ive seen some crazy shit.
