Disturbing the Peace is a Class 2 Misdemeaner that is punishable for up to 10 days in Jail or a 1500 dollar fine maxium (or somewhere around those two numbers). I got one for my old exhaust. It was dropped in court, if this is your first ticket like this you may get off, it all depends on what judge you have - I had a very nice judge.
