Default Question on cleaning interior

My sister just gave me a 98 VW Jetta because she said it doesnt run. I put a new battery in it and it runs great. Now I washed and waxed the car and it looks real nice now on the outside. Well the inside is a complete disaster! The back seat has gum and crayon in it. What would be the best way to clean the gum and crayon from the seat? Seats are cloth and tan. The carpet looks like its never been vacuumed and is also stained pretty bad. Whats the best cleaning solution out there??

steam clean those bastards. There somethign you can get at wallmart/kmart that is about the size of a dirt devil(the hand-held vacum). You fill it with water and it will heat it up into steam that spray out of a very small tip.

you could also try to some interior shampoo and a wet/dry vac. Just take a brush and rub the shampoo into the interior than vacuum it all out with the shop vac. You will be amazed how much dirt and filth is in the upholstery when you start to see this brown liquid get sucked out of the seats. If you have stains that need to come out Resolve carpet cleaner works really well

to finish it off:
