man he only got 12 months suspended license, have to attend a driver class, and a $250 fine. man if it was the average joe, they would have been burned alive for having dui and cause 2 car wrecks. i think the state; they just passed a state minimum sentence of like 5years in jail for a DUI. just b/c hes a police officer he shouldnt have gotten a lesser sentence but a harder one! hes suppost to be an ideal citizen, who we intrust our lives with. but no. hes going around drinking and driving.

imo i just thinks thats just currupt.

 

5 years on your third offense.

i've had friends who've gotten DUIs and nothing much happened to them. they got a lawyer, maybe a few months suspended license, and spent the night in jail.

causing accidents is a whole different bird, though.

 

yeah, i looked it up online. its a manditory six-month jail sentence, 12months license suspeneded, 500fine, and driver class. i guess its not manditory for police . 3dui convictions its 5years. but still the cop got let off pretty easily. va is suppost to me the top states toughest on DUIs as july 01, 2004

 

wow...thats Ghey...it doesnt really suprise me tho seein as when i went to court for a wreckless a female got off for dui, no jail time, no fine...just court costs and a warning....f'n bULL$**T
