I searched and found calebs thread but nobody really mentioned who could do the best work on portraits.
I want to get a picture of my mom and brother tattooed down my ribs so I'm looking for the best person local to 757. Go ahead and post up your suggestions as well any pictures you may have of portraits the person has done.
