I go to Q-Masters, it's like 5 minutes away so I don't see a point in venturing out to other pool halls.

Obelisk is the most formal place around NN and it's also one of the most expensive. They have discounted rates on sundays, so that is usually when i see the most people up there.

I used to go to a place called "pockets" (i can't remember if it's on jefferson of warwick) but it is alot more relaxed atmosphere. It's dark and smokey and doesn't require a collared shirt.
yea, i've only gone to the oblisk and it was a nice place it seemed, collared shirt's required

And the bartenders rock at giving 10 people 4 captain and cokes a peice with 5 minutes before happy hour ends.

might be hitting up some of these places soon. i couldnt play pool until i went to the pool halls in houston. now im okay, but im not with all the collared shirts so i dont really go to obliesk. plus thats just a to relaxed enviornment for me, no loud music, the waiters suck. kinda hard to explain, i guess my mind is still in houston. they had a pool hall called barneys which was like the hooters of pool halls: mini skirts nice sexy shirts pretty girls, drinks, darts, game machines, coyote ugly bar. guess thats all in the south. thats the only reason why id go back to houston besides the strret racing.

Go to the junction on warwick loud music, dancers, hazed filled room, but the tables are just good old bar tables if you dont mind shooting on that. It aint a pool hall but you would prob like it and its not upscale atall so be prepared.
