Just go to the one in 2665 Leroy Dr, Right by General Booth in Virginia Beach.

Ask for Johnny and as soon as you see him just shake his hand with a $20 bill and tell him you need an inspection and he will hook you right up.

No I didn't its not like actual cops see this thread.

Besides they have been doing it there for years, and none of them have gotten in any kind of trouble...

where did you buy it? reason I ask is that I bought my wife a 2005 SXT cv @ first team dodge, and i took it there today for the inspection that was due today.

Seems no matter when you bought it as long as it is from there it is FREE. Plus no to mention I was in and out in 30 mins. With a fresh car wash also.

you could go to a merchants... they usually get inspections done asap.
