Default Piston and rods intalled

i recently got into some money and wanted to turbo my car, but i found out the rods and piston in my D15 are sh**. i was wondering what i should replace them with, where to get them, and where to have them installed? want a shop that is decently close. and since im getting new internals, what hp should i aim for with my turbo setup?
also, is there anything else i should think of replacing (other then the motor ) to make my motor handle more hp?

Call Sean Lousy(sp?) at millinium. He has the best of the best parts at rock bottom prices and is the best honda tech in the area. But dont take a WRX to him, because it will never run.

Dunkums Machine shop in Newport News on Jefferson Ave. does good work. They have been there for close to 20 something years. I have have pistons taken off and pressed on there with no problems, Had my head shaved and port and polished there too. Pretty cheap also. The number is 747-244-8401.

You'll end up spending more money on that engine than getting a B16/B18
Unless your attached to the D15
