dang..well i have a early model SC400, so the motor is the only thing i could use from the LS..

 

couple yards in hampton/nn that have them

at least you get a warranty and they know if it runs/drives...at pnp you take a chance

whats the price? cuz in PNP, they sell their motors for cheap.

 

you have to call...

and at pnp they have no clue if it runs...so spend hours unbolting and removing an engine

pay the 150 bucks for it...

take it home and clean it and make it look all prety

put it in the car and spend hours wiring and installing it

have your freinds admire your work and wait anxiously for you to start it

the once you hit that key and it comes to life only to hear the rod beating the shit out of the crank and everything else

then disappointment sets in and you have to start at the beginning removing the motor from your car just to take back to pnp to get your 150 back cause you know they wont have another one...

in my opinion id rather spend 5-800 on a engine that is guaranteed to run and has a warranty...

but you do what fits you..

ok well call them and tell them you want a motor that they know doesnt run...it will be cheaper and you get what you want
