Did anyone here take Weight training 1 at TCC at the Va beach Campus. There's a $35 fee and you meet up at the Lynhaven Jazzercise center along lynhaven Pkwy. Anyone took the class before? Any good? You think it's worth it? I am thinkin about minoring in something like phyiscal training or some shiznitt. All comments welcome
