Hey guys, I'm looking for some local outdoor shooting ranges. Any info on some places would be a big help. Thanks.

 

Wayyyyy down in Pungo near the NC border there is one that used to be owned by A&P arms. Ive been down there a couple times.

 

I use a Parks and Rec. place in Charles City off of Route 5; but its been a couple months since I've been.
They used to have a pistol range, now its all rifle.

 

Yeah I think its on like Marvin road or something. Only problem is that they don't open until noon though.

 

Thats the only outdoor one I believe in the 757 .... you need to get in good with some rednecks and go out on their farmland

 

ya they shut down pistol because somebody shot up an outhouse there and apparently they thought gangs were practicing shoting there.

 

i drove by slades (off road park for atvs) and they had a sign up saying FREE RANGE
buts it way up off rt 10 in surry.

 

theres a place on battlefield blvd by military hwy, not sure what goes on over there but there is always people over there shooting. Not sure if it's a club thing or what but it is worth checking out.

you know that white house right next to LGC??? thats my old house!!! i lived there for 14 years until we packed we sold it and moved to nova. =(

i used to shoot there for free all the time and if i wanted to set up a target in my backyard i would just shoot in my backyard.. hell i could shoot someone and nobody would ever know about it!
