Optima batterys
I have two Optima batterys that are dead. They are at the point htey can't be charged back. My question is are there anyplaces that will switch me out for new ones as they have the lifetime warrenty? I was thinking some of these car audio shops or performance shops.
The thing is I bought them from a friend a while back so I have no receit. They were on a boat that had a few things left on(not my fault). My friend asked advanced auto i believe and they would not do it as it was not bought there. So does anyone know of a shop that while trade me?

Where did you go to replace yours, I'm trying to get the same thing done.
I have never heard of a Optima battery coming with a lifetime warr. ... They generally come with a 3 years unlimited replacement. This is what I am told @ work (part-timer for Advance). Now there is a date code stamped into the plastic of the batt. casing .. you can check that and see if it ends in a 1 or 01 ... might still be able to get a replacement @ walmart (believe thay still sell them).
