Job Title: Expediter (Customer Service)

Job Description:


Position Summary:

To see that orders are shipped in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:

· Work the backlog and open order reports on a daily basis.
· Expedite delivery with Production Control, Purchasing, and the Shop, looking at option deliveries so orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner.
· Advise Customer Service Reps of any expected delays in delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 1-3 years in a Production or Customer Service environment
