silver gs300 on 264. was lowered and had an ISO sticker on the rear glass

On Taylor rd. right off Pughsville exit around 6is last night. A blue Del Sol with dual exhaust, came out from both sides met in the center of the bumper pointing upwards. Bumper was cut to fit the exhaust. Looked clean but unsure of what the hell was going on with the exhaust

he's shooting for 700whp....its a stout car
