On Taylor rd. right off Pughsville exit around 6is last night. A blue Del Sol with dual exhaust, came out from both sides met in the center of the bumper pointing upwards. Bumper was cut to fit the exhaust. Looked clean but unsure of what the hell was going on with the exhaust
