Or, the officer is a complete douchebag. Judging from the opinion of the only POLICE OFFICER to post in this thread of the officer in question, i'm more inclined to believe him.

If someone told you Officer Kellogg was a dbag, would you immediately think that he's gods gift to society and the person obviously is a waste of life? Officers are just human beings with a badge, you have your good ones, and you have your bad ones.

As far as I know, yes. IIRC he's been a VBPD for a long time.
