Yeah, the f-body was Keiichi, who was trying to put something together over there, and the mustang was a friend of his and I'm a friend of his too. Unfortunately, I only have my Volvo 960 right now, and I won't be able to start working on my project car for about 6 more months (1980 Chevy Malibu Classic, 302 engine with perfomance internals and parts, intake and exhaust, looking to get it in the mid 300's in horsepower..I hope...)

 

me and abour 5 other cars were searching around NN and york county on saturday night, but couldnt find a spot where the cops didnt already raid......we ended up goin to starbucks on Jefferson. The cops told us that if we wanted to meet in the Patrick henry mall parking lot, they wouldnt fuck with us......its worth a shot

 

yeah walmart got blown up state cops had a whole line of cars pulled over I was like wtf and I dont feel safe bringing my new car to ocb to get hit by a jackass riceing through the parking lot neways nebody think about ballys total fitness on jeffeerson nice big parking lot in the back nick knows the spot

Instead of "running from the cops", we should really try to work with them. Maybe get all the Civics and Cavaliers with ugly ass body kits, exhuast and wings ticketed and fined and maybe let us REAL enthusaist have a harrasement free spot. We really need to just keep the ricers and the enthusiasts apart. I'm sure someone on this board knows a cop that would be willing to work with us.

 

Unfortunate to say, but I do not associate myself with the Newport News Police Department.

 

Nor to I unfortunately, but someone on this board has to know someone we could talk to about this. Hanging out with cars in a parking lot, peacefully, shouldn't be illegal.

 

Least to my knowledge it isn't. Except for the trespassing part of it, and brunouts etc. That's illegal.

A buddy of mine is a cop in the NNPD. next time i see him, i'll get his opinion on where we could meet and not be f-d over by the authorities.
