I spoke w/a buddy of mine tonight that's a cop w/NN. I asked him if he can give me any info on where we can chill/hang out w/out being "run off". i told him the instances at Kmart and Wal-Mart where we were told to leave (mostly b/c of the ricers). he said b/c that's york county, they are more strict when it comes to the city codes/ordinances. it just depends on the city. If a manager of a shopping center gives the ok, we're more than welcome to chill out. however, we're responsible for our actions i.e. no loud music or stuff like that.

In NN, he said the cops are less strict, but he couldn't tell me where we can go w/out being run off. that's b/c he works in the south precinct (east end) and said we're more than welcome to come down there on friday and saturday nights!!

i do realize that they will always be a-holes w/their loud music and burnouts. all i'm looking for is a place to hang out w/some local guys w/out being "harrassed".

A town about 30 minutes from my home town in Missouri used to do that. They had this big loop where everyone cruised and stuff but the only place you were allowed to park and bs, etc, was in the parking lot of the Police Station.

It actually worked really well since you didn't have to worry about idiots causing trouble with burnouts, etc, plus you didn't have to worry about fights and shit. You could just go and chill....

 

sounds like a decent idea...but i doubt the cops here would go for it, where in missouri was that? i'm from warrensburg...
