nfsu 2 need help!!!!!

does anyone know where the bayview car lot is in Need For Speed Underground 2???? i cant find it.... and ive won a few cars. need help as soon as possible.

it was a last minute thing, i was helping my lil bro with his gamecube....... i sold my ps2 and xbox

While were on the topic...how do you put in cheat codes? I have the codes, every site i see says that you have to back out of the stat screen, i have no idea whats going on.....little help please?!
