Hey guys I'm new here on these boards. I've been lurking for a couple weeks now and decided to join.
My name is Dave, I'm from Raliegh and moved to Hampton about a month ago. I have a bone stock 01 Firehawk T/A and a 98 Silverado Z71. I'm looking forward to maybe meeting some of you guys sometime. Everyone on here seems cool and some are funny as hell.
Got a couple questions though, what are some good bars in the area, and where is the closest dragstrip?

whats up man welcome to the bored haha you think people are cool on here now, well of course you think that your a noob but yeah lol. I would say the closet track is in Hertford North Carolina, its about an hour and fifteen minute ride for 1/8th, for 1/4 everyone goes to VMP about 3 hours away.

 

VMP isn't 3 hours. most people can get to it with 45-90 min depending on traffic and location. richmond dragway is also a popular place.

 

haha I took a guess I know it takes a ride from the beach though.

 

Welcome.. Have you checked out www.ttac.net, or www.hrfbody.com?? Those are the 2 big F-body clubs around here.. we have pontiacs in the park coming up the 19th-21st of may at VMP..

 

Yeah, I'm in for Pontiacs in the Park, hell when I was in Raleigh I was planning the trip to VA for it

I'll have to check out those other sites as well.
