so do the JDM GTR's, and the USDM GTR's have different ECU's?
And although MINE'S has fitted a custom exhaust to their shop car, they've found that any modification to the intake system causes the ECU to go haywire.

well top secret has been riding and tracking there car on diff wheel, and have been doing so almost since they have had there car. they also have cracked the ecu, they have a ecu, exhaust and a hks boost controller on there car, close to 600 hp

these motherfuckers are crazy when it comes to new cars, that nobody makes shit for yet.

Wheel sensors go wonky and prevent the car from driving. Nobody's figured out how to hack it yet. The show cars with aftermarket wheels have to be driven in and out with stock wheels. They never roll on aftermarket wheels.
In addition to that little jewel there's this:
They don't unlock all the electronic limiters unless the GPS says you're on a Nissan-approved rack. And even then if you don't report to the dealer immediately after your track session for a $1000 "checkup" your warranty is voided.
People wanted a computer to drive them around the track and boy did they get it.
