just opened up...i got a job there...place is called rumba and the food is phenomenal... recommend checking it out for sure! It's on the corner of Great Neck and Va Beach blvd. It's been a little slow cause no one will know we're officially open until the article in the newspaper comes out next weekend! Be one of the first to check out this hot new spot! place doesn't open til 5 and it's pretty casual.

I work at the bike store there. I might stop by on Wednesday.

 

it's safe to say there's a little for everyone honestly... anywhere from fish tacos, reubens, kobe burger sliders (mini burgers), and wood stove pizzas to crab cakes and duck... menu ranges from around 8-24 dollars. the most expensive being the beef tenderloin I believe... The beers aren't outrageous... I know that a bud lite is like 2.75...
I think during the weekends they'll be doing dance lessons too...like the salsa and the rumba. might be a fun place to bring a date...if you would want to learn how to dance...

 

I'll be there that night...i don't know how busy it will be honestly but we expect this weekend it will take off. We are still waiting on the main sign for the building so most people are unaware of our existence. i think there are still some signs up that say taverna... which is what it was before...
