I was coming onto 64w from 264w when i saw a black and white crown vic with blue and red lights on top coming from behind but i couldnt see the city. it was in the VA Beach section of 64, but that section is where norfolk, va beach, and chesapeake kind meet.

anyone know what city on southside is going to black and whites again? just curious.

 

here,i see crown brown, black, silver, red unmarked crown vic's looking stock with factory hubcaps, but with the red and blues on the mirror's and the windshield, couple of late model impalas with black steelies,

and greenish grayish chargers that are stock with alloy looking wheel covers, and the one's in full state trooper outfit,

cop cars require a secret activation trigger to having their cars started so a thief don't steal their cruisers..

 

It was probably just someone from another part of the state coming here for training.
