New, but not here in 757
Hey all! I was stationed here and Portsmouth and have since moved back to Indiana. Unfortunately, most of the forums here are well...... not as active as they used to be. So if and only if the Mods approve, I would like to remain/become a member of VADriven. This forum was really useful to me back when I lived here (though i had never really joined) , and I am sure it will continue to do so. I will do my best to try and be an active member here and what not. Just showing some Midwest Love!
Anyway, the Car and Myself.
Name: Nate
Car: DC4 Teg aka Charlina.
Year: 1995
Color: Granada Black Pearl
Drive-train: B18A1 block / B18B1 Head with a LS 5-speed trans OEM clutch
-ARP Headbolts
-Arp Rod Bolts
-Cometic 2mm Headgasket
-ACL Main and rod bearings
status: blown the hell up.
Background: I traded my 2000 Blazer 4x4 with 101xxx on the ticker for this one. I am the 3rd owner on this one. When I got her, she was all stock with the exception of the N1 exhaust. I was told unknown mileage on motor and trans which was fine with me. It drove fantastic, and i was sold on it.
Shortly following, i proceeded to drop her and remove the PS and loop the rack, as well as remove the AC components and other random odds and ends.
Now to the pics!
And how she sits now with a spun rod bearing. Fresh with only 3500 or so....
