If you are worried about gas mileage then this is not a hobby for you.... power = shitty gas mileage.

...and please no comments about the peanut gallery and your gas mileage; I also can get 18 MPG if I want...... most of the time it's more like 10.

 

I get 28 on the highway.... BUT at VIR I ran through a whole tank each day! four 25 minute sessions. I think I averaged 11 mpg w/ my lead foot.

i think she posted that right after 420... most likely a little "out there" at the time. im not a mustang person, but if you can make 420rwhp from just that, i think ill go buy me a ford

 

haha.. yea.. unless i'm reading this wrong, the only thing she has done so far is the rebuild..? or is the things under "first" what you have done..?

Edit:and if your planning on doing that and throwing down 420, wtf is the point..? you can do that easily all motor.. 3k for a brand new motorsport motor putin out 345.. headers, intake, exhaust and throttle body put you damn close to 400.. little tuning and you could easily hit 420 all motor..

 

Who buys a mustang and has the brilliant Idea of using a blower and nitrous on it and worries about mpg???? You will be lucky to get 10 mpg..lol. personally I think you don't know what you want and are randomly naming mods that will go perfect for blowing up the motor.

Ditch the 17 inch Drag radials. They won't do you any good.

 

first off the slicks of course if you are smart then you know they are not for everyday use only for track use , second i just got the car from the guy i dont know how much horse power it really has but i know that its decent third
most of the ghetto stupid mods that i talked about are all my boyfriends ideas i 1 dont wnat nitrous that will make engine go boom if not put in right
2 i dont want to do that much to it right now whatever hp it has is a hell of a lot better than what i have right now 3 i love the look of the car and 4 it has just enough to get me from a to b in one piece and not waste so much gas.....
