Im moving into a house in Norfolk on June 1st and Im looking for a roommate. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Big yard, cable, high speed internet, washer/dryer. $500.00 per month plus half utilities. i.e. water/sewage, cable, power, gas. Or $700.00 per month all inclusive. Either way is cool with me. How much is the house renting for? There is a house across the street from mr for 1400 a month but its a 5 bedroom 3 full bath. I would never rent a 2 bedroom house for more than 700 a month.

Well you have to think guys. When you rent, you are paying the owners mortgage and extra incase somthing happens to the house, the owners have the money to repair it. So in most cases it is cheaper to buy. In my case it was. Why rent it for $1600 a month when I bought it for $1300 a month

 

Yes, it does have a detached garage. If someone is interested I may be willing to negotiate if I feel the person is reliable.

 

Well the garage does make it seem better for that price but some pictures of the place and details of the exact area would help your thread out. I am not trying to thread jack so good luck.
