I need a daytime (10am-4pm) bagger at Kroger in Yorktown for the school season. I'm willing to make this a weekday position (Mon-Fri) becuase I have a ton of weekend help already. Pay is relative to your expierence and I can usually bump it a little. Send me a PM if you are interested. I agree, I will pay you shit if it is your first job and you have no expierence. I pay people what they are worth, it's called human resources for a reason. Either way, thanks for the bump.

Purely out of curiousity. At paying people what they are worth. Minimum is what $5.25. So, if I came in there and applied. Told you I had held a full time job for the past 13 years. Had about 6 years of small business management experience. 5 years of various customer service experience, call center, retail sales, retail management. And about 2 years experience in an account management position currently making right around 35k a year. What would you offer me? I am guessing $6.50.

$6.50/hr is honestly about all you're worth.

WOW. Way to whore the entire thread, thanks. Bottom line is that it's a part-time position and that you'd never be applying for it in the first place. If you were serious about higher management, then that's the route you would take, not appyling for a bagger position. I understand your point, but it seems that your logic is a little misplaced.
