I need to have a fender and rear bumper painted for a 2001 civic.

The paint code is Honda G95P which is a dark green. and both the parts will be off the car.

Not really considering you must prime, base, paint then clear and buff if necessary. I mean people try to prime it them selves but i think that who ever is painting etc should be the ones to prep my opinion. and IMHO! so it doesn't matter what i think.

I mean maaco paint, compared to what my boy joey uses dupont and then in the middle sherwin williams, theres a difference. Dupont cost money

 

well shit leave it on the car then....you act like it being off the car saves anybody a shitload of work...a pint of paint is about 80 bucks...quart of clear is 65...sanding/prepping/painting/colorsanding/buffing...

and fyi insurance pays about 330 to scuff and shoot just a bumper...

who you telling....half the people that prime their own shit never sand or anything...the minute you blow that shit it come off in sheets....what we call peelers...jsut people that have no idea what or how to do something..

better off to just do them both. or get your whole car sprayed at macco for $500 or less or whatever they charge.
