need cheap exhaust work and other advice...
i went to get my car inspected and I don't have a tailpipe coming out of my muffler. is this really illegal? I didn't know, it's been like that almost a year I guess(ever since I've had the car). should I just go to Big Al's? can someone weld just a tailpipe on to a muffler?
I hate Exxon and their inspections. I don't need a friggen headlight adjustment, and are the fake h.i.d. headlamps illegal as well? thanks in advance.
