You could always leave it where it sits and wait for some nice stranger to come along and open it up for you. I hear they like to provide services such as these around the prime hours of 2:30-4:30 am.

Wirecoat hanger can open any car door. 411 any locksmith place local it should run around $50.00 or so.

Most departments I know of have quit letting officers do it because shitty people want to sue for paint damages and other things... Thanks shitty ass people!
