Exactly...a 347 or a 351 is about as big of a motor as I'd go in a street driven daily driver.

Even with a good blower/turbo/nitrous you should put down enough to take care of anyone.

Shit...go with a 306 or a 331 and cut out the oil problems with 347s

I was thinking of going a 331 with my car, but I may just end up buying a crate motor instead. I may do something like this:

331 Stroker

So you are going to tell me that a 10-1 compression, aggressive cammed small block is going to make a more streetable car than a fairly stock 460?

Duh. You dont have to worry about the shocks snapping in half with the small block that cams.

i mean its not what he said that bothered me..i dont understand how i was nutting in my pants,if im telling someone not to do a 460 in a fox..if they want to make it a "show and go" car..and drive it on the street.
