Anyone local have a working motherboard laying around that will support an AMD Athlon XP proc and DDR? I got my new one in from Computer Geeks yesterday and it was DOA, and I need something until I can get this one exchanged.

I dont want to buy a new one, anyone know of any places in Norfolk/ VA Beach that sell used parts maybe?

haha, i have on not local anymore it support up to a 2g athlon but i just replaced it yesterday with a p4...it is going in the trash.

 

Check with B.C. Computer repair. http://www.bcrepair.com is their site. Call them, they're pretty cool people. Might have one there.

Edit: And their store is located at N. Lynnhaven PKWY and Virginia Beach BLVD.
