Has anyone gotten a ticket on Lucas Creek in NN? More specifically where the bridge is, where it goes from 35 to 25? If so, howd you fight it?

 

seriously i dont think u have a case to fight it. there are signs that say "reduced speed ahead" so i dont think u could really fight that.

now if u were coming from the little connection road that ties lucas creek with denbeigh blvd, u may have something. i used to come that way alot and maybe 3 months ago found out that it was 25 for alittle bit. i dont think there is a sign if u turn left at the stop sign onto lucas creek.

my friend's mother got a ticket there. She was drivin and didn't pay attention to the quick speed change and the cop got her on radar goin bout 10 miles over and gave her ass a ticket.

 

yeah there is no fighting of that ticket. signs are posted....and have been posted for a number of years.
