Hey all, I'm looking for recommendations on apts in the va beach area. The closer to lynnhaven the better. I'm doing some searching on my own, but looking for personal experiences as well. Some of the things I'd like:

<1000/month rent alone
1 or 2 bedroom
washer/dryer already in unit, not laundary room
balcony
dishwasher
off street parking
no pests
safe
no paper thin walls

I lived in norfolk for awhile, and am trying to move closer to a new job. Currently in nova and looking to move back down in next 2 weeks. Thanks all in advance.
