ive been looking for a used t25 and a member on here had a good one he's selling but the intake wheel is bad but he also giving me another t25 with a good intake wheel. I was just wondering how hard this is to swap(bear in mind i have never worked on a turbo before) and also a reputable turbo shop i could take it to to get the shaft/wheel balanced once i swap them out.help!

im sure there is a local deisel shop or something that has the equipment to do it.i dont feel like shipping the damn thing out just to get balanced
