Local turbo rebuild?

I live in the 757.. looking for someone who rebuilds turbo's.. I've heard a lot of good things about Majestic but they charge $330+ for a rebuild. I'm trying to find cheaper than that and if thats not possible I could always try and tackle it myself.
So what I'm trying to find..
1) Shop or someone who rebuilds turbos for a good price.
2) Turbo rebuild kits (locally or a good website, don't really want to go eBay here)
