Do it yourself to learn, if you goto autozone.com and look at their online repair guides it tells you how to do it all step by step. it even has PICTURES for the typical guy that doesnt read instructions
Thanks everyone...
Should I order new struts too? or am I ok using my stock struts and getting just new lowering springs... the lowering springs say the will work just fine with stock struts...
What do ya'll suggest?

id do it for 100. i have snap on spring compressors and car lifts. im off victory/oyster point. stock struts will be fine as long as they arent blown out, then it will bottom out on everything.
i would think you would have to purchase aftermarket shocks/struts when installing aftermarket springs. When i bought my hatch the person installed coilovers with stock shocks and they blew with in 2 weeks.
Looking at some struts right now...
I'm seeing two big companies for options... Either "Tokico" or "KYB"
Looks like I have four basic options:
1) TOKICO HP STRUTS / SHOCKS - $300
2) TOKICO ILLUMINA STRUTS / SHOCKS - $420
3) KYB GR-2 STRUTS / SHOCKS - $230
4) KYB AGX ADJUSTABLE STRUTS/SHOCKS - $430
The illumina's are "5-way adjustable" but the HP are not...
I assume it's the same story when you compare the GR-2's to the AGX...
Any reason why I should pick one company over the other? Tokico vs. KYB?
Also, I have a good idea what "adjustable" means, but could someone explain it, and tell me which ones I should go with, and why I would want/need adjustable ones, rather than the cheapo's...

I would have someone help you. Best if you get dirty yourself. It will be a good learning experience. Dont be like fuct and have tuner's edge do most of everything for you.
