Virginia Beach GTO
Hola.
Names Devin.
Ive lived in VA beach for 10 years.
I am 20 years old.
And my lifetime interest has always been cars.
here is my story.
So after 4 years of owning mustangs.
A 1992 Mustang LX. 4cyl
All for 800 dollars. Last me about 6 months. before the motor blew.
Next was a 2003 Mustang v6
had that for a little over a year before things went down and i moved on.
Drove my ass to suffolk and had bought a slightly modded 98 gt.
Bassani x pipe. 4.10s. short throw.
It was a fun little car.
However i always wanted more.
So in august of this year i drove to nc to buy my second biggest mistake.
A 96 mustang cobra.
Turned out to be quite the lemon.
door locks not working. switch to the power seat needed fixed. alternator needed replaced. seat belts broke. emergency brake broke.
5900 for a cobra with 183k on the body and 41k on a rebuild with a mild port job on the heads and 3.73 gears.
So i've been looking lately for a new toy.
I wanted something fast. and i have been coming to terms that it just isn't as easy to make power in a ford.
I love my mustangs dearly but i came across something on craigslist i couldnt turn down.

Re: Ladies an gentleman what you have all been waiting for
you owned lots of shitty cars before spending too much money on a car someone else built.
see? I did that in 10 seconds, without a page full of pics.

You posted like 8 million pictures of shitty cars and your thread title is gay as hell (and an English major's nightmare).
This isn't Girl Scouts.
Welcome.

Much better introduction than this one: https://www.vadriven.com/forums/blackhole-6/new-757-lookin-meet-up-spots-370527/
Used to live over there near witchduck lake. I take it you're working at EOD22? Work has me there sometimes. For being 20yo, you're doing it right. Try to keep the car between the ditches what with the cold tires/road and power.
Oh... and don't take anything too seriously, read the rules, and etc.
edit: You're probably going to be hazed in here, too.
edt2: A little tire shine goes a long way.

Re: Ladies an gentleman what you have all been waiting for
actually that was the last owners stuff.
However i am an MA over at little creek with NSW on reserve.
The title was simply something catchy.
Tire shine was still wet when i stuck it in the booth.
And yeah hazing is to be expected almost everywhere.
But thanks for the welcome
