No it's a festival of lights and music. They have been around since the 20's, just currently associated with electronic music. Think modern disco.

I have a counter height, 2 door fridge unit that freezes every 4 days. $50 gets it. Its a small project, just wrap the front in wood and and add a tap and you would be good to go.
