Its deep enough in the middle. It would be fairly easy to pull it off. However.. see below...
Id like to see you do it. Ill take pictures with my camera but its a 35mm SLR and not a digital SLR.
And b/c I dont want to see anyone die, I really hope you are a strong swimmer. I regularly fish for striper "schoolies" from a 22` Center console around the pylons and I know that current can rip through there.
