theres an Asian super market on holland called fortune... that place smells like fish... how do i know? i shop there =) theres also another that i forgot the name of... its located some where on London bridge... that place is straight up over seas... they have an entire section with large fish tanks setup with eel and stuff like that...

there is one on great neck called Asian American Market...that place is fucking weird. there is an old dude in there named Jimmy Chung. he sells real estate and he is quite a character.
You don't need to go to an Asian market. Just get grade A tuna fillets from a seafood store or maybe even a good grocer. Americans use it, too, to make tuna steaks/seared ahi tuna.
The only place ive seen in the 757 with sushi grade fish is The Fresh Market in Hilltop. Though, I think their selection of fish might be small, but they do serve fresh sushi on hand so I could be wrong about the size of their selection. Go check it out. Its my favorite grocery market to shop at.
Suggest a good seafood store, if youre in the tidewater area. Unfortunately I dont know any, except farm fresh.
