That what i was thinking. 13.1 with no suspension mods, i wonder what his 60 time was. i call bs, but i guess its possible. id like to see a time slip.

Depends on the cars involved, stock ones, sure. Modded cars, who knows, most likely a WRX.
The stage 2 cobalt dyno'd at 257hp and 230ftlbs tq. not bad for a little tweaking.
