Mark call Sally @ Mizelle's on 25th street. She doesn't know me, but she knows Jason and Earl (other manager at work). Tell her that Jason and Earl from Bap Geon referred you and tell her what you got...see what they can do. They've done lifted trucks plenty of times.
Berts Alignment, no idea what their number is. I went to 4 places to get my car aligned, and everyone of them suggested Berts because I had a lowered car. Everyone told me they were the best and one of the few places that does altered suspensions.
thanks for the info. i will try to make a call or two on my lunch break tomorrow.
fucking pro trucks quoted me 300 bucks over the phone to fix a balljoint and tie rod end, and get rid of my clicking in the drivers front.
i get there a week later for 3 hours of work which i would of done myself and they charge me 680 dollars?
and they fixed nothing. so now i just want it aligned cause its worse now then it was before i took it there.
so tomorrow ima go ask for a refund or have them fix the truck for free. im seriously pissed off.

it was supposed to be done by wednesday then friday then saturday then monday. and then i got there monday night and they wanted me to come back tuesday.
i had to call them on thursday and was like is my truck ready and then there like oh its gonna be 300 dollars do you want us to do it? i was like wtf sure why not its already there but whatever i just want it fixed.
They should have you sign the R/O and it should have a price estimate on it. If they go over it they must call you with approval to go over that estimate. If they do not contact you and you do not authorize it, then you are not required to pay it. It is part of your consumers rights when having automobile service done.
However, they did mislead you and said it was 300 bucks. Now did they say the extra work was 300 extra? Or was it 300 total? See not enough clarification there.
I have had it happen to me where I thoroughly explained to the customer that the repairs are going to be such and such extra on top of the original bill. They ok'd the repairs and then they come in and are like, you never said that.
That is why now when I have to add something to the r/o for my techs. I ask the customer for their initials and tell them the time I mark the r/o. No problems now.
