Pops says he wants to add onto the house. We ahve a 2 stry house with an attic. He is considering adding a room onto the back and/or turning the attic into another room.

I know of a few good framers and I deal with floor coverings. I will have Jason give you a call, he does great re-modeling work. Once you figure out what you want to do building wise, PM me or call and ill give you an estimate on flooring if you'd like.
