Yes they can ... If your license is suspended, you are required by the DMV to turn in all plates and licenses for any vehicles that are registered in your name. So if your cruising, they run your plates...they have you! TRUST ME..I just got a ticket on Friday for driving on suspended....and the cop just so happened to LOVE my car and wanted to run my plates for FUN. So dude...your lucky...anyone who can get their hands into the system is considered fortunate...as for me...I'm selling my car...I've been pulled 38 times on non moving violations..and my insurance is 366.00 a month for the stupid JDM PIECE OF SHIT!!
