Default hydraulics in the area?

I wondered if anyone locally delt with hydraulic set up's on cars? My brother-in-law picked up a 1967 Impala from Chicago and it has a few "issues" with hydraulic setup that the owner installed...thanks for your help!

yeah it's Ryan, I haven't looked at the car yet...will on Sunday. I will give you a call after I check it out!
