HRBT to be expanded But.......?

The problem isn't the tunnel itself, it's the merging traffic from the on ramps just before. Shit needs to be 3 lanes all the way back to Granby street.

Thats not going to help when you still have to merge into a 2 lane tunnel. There will still be a bottle neck somewhere.
