I propose instant death penalties for anyone that hits their brakes going into the HRBT if the nearest car is at a minimum 2 car lenghts in front of them

I seriously watched a state trooper sit behind a car doing 55 in the left lane after the jefferson exit heading towards williamsburg.. The speed limit there is what 65? The cop just sat there behind that car, while behind the cop a line was beginning to form.. The line of cars stretched forever behind this ONE damn car.. The cop had to go around him.. HE WENT AROUND HIM.. If I was that cop I would have pulled that jackass over and given him a ticket.. I would say someone not going the speed limit or maintaining the flow of traffic is more dangerous than someone who is going faster.. That person runs the risk of getting nailed because he/she is going to damn slow..

Honestly transportation isn't all that fuckin great either.. Look at how many cities have subway's/trams along with bus systems and taxi's.. This part of va would benefit greatly if provided either subway or trains running between cities..

The retard who drew up the road plans for the area should have been shot.. 757 has tried to expand the roadways and all they have succeeded in doing is nothing.. Expand 64 to 3 lanes then bring it back down to 2, then back to 4 then back to 2.. I mean seriously..

Most of the idiots drive these roads everyday and know exactly when they are going to have to merge.. Yet EVERYONE tries to beat everyone else at getting infront of someone.. It's a cluster fuck because people are impatient and can't merge correctly.. They all want to race up the HOV and try to cut off as many people as they can before 4 lanes turns into 2.. If people would just fucking merge over BEFORE the lanes end then traffic would run smoother.. BUT NOOOOO.. Lets race up the HOV lane and cut off 1 more car and still sit in traffic..

 

This area will be loads of fun should we ever need to evacuate

I've see just as many dipshits in other states with that states license plate.

The main issues are the following:

1.The HR roads suck. They're ill maintained and are of poor design. This leads to a lot of the traffic congestion. It's like the WW bridge in DC. It was built in the 50s and designed for X amount of traffic flow. Problem was that by the late 90s, it was taking on XXXXX of traffic flow and that was causing problems. Same with the HR system.

2. License tests are too easy and not given enough. Personally I think you should have to re test when you have to get a new license and you should be tested each year after age 65. People have to understand the simple rules of the road like stay right and pass on the left since the left lane is for passing. Not for tooling along at 55. People need to understand how to merge and how to drive into a fucking tunnel without hitting their brakes
