Default Hotel Suggestions?

My fiance will be flying in on friday, and im looking for a nice but affordable place to stay. Im in the Shore dr./Ft. Story area and would like a recommendation of a hotel thats remotely close. If possible, name your short review and how much you paid for the hotel. Thanks.

honestly anything by the beach will kill you pocket wise but are usually very decent...

i usually stay at a best western or holiday inn...i dont remember the prices but normally like 60-80 a night...

ask for a discount for the 3 days...and if nothing else get on priceline...1/2 price hotels...so they claim

Wow. I'd say the only decent VB hotel is the Founders Inn, if you don't mind supporting Pat Robertson. There used to be The Cavalier but it's garbage now. Though I haven't looked at the Hilton yet.

What's "affordable" to you? (per night) I've stayed at a few hotels at the beach...from down right run the fuck down to pretty damn nice but I need to know what you're willing to pay.

Have you looked into the cabins at First Landing state park on Shore Drive? Whenever my mom comes down to visit, we usually stay there and they're pretty cheap.
