HELP! Hit And Run
First off I will be offering a $50 cash reward to anyone who sends me any helpful information.

I was traveling on portsmouth Blvd today about 3:45. I was at the traffic light on the intersection of Portsmouth Blvd and Taylor Road. I was stopped and awaiting a green light when i was struck in the rear end by a toyota 4runner. He motioned me to pull off the side of the road to exchange information and when i made the turn he took off. I took off trying to make a quick u-turn but i missed him. I got a good look at him and his vehicle but couldnt see the plates due to it being in my hatch.
I've already filed a police report and insurace claim.
His vehicle:
* 98 toyota 4runner "im guessing looks about the same year"
*dark blue/black
*tan interior " i think"
*chrome bumpers with tow hooks im guessing, got 2 holes in my bumper.
*white male about 6'1ft 180 pretty skinny looking with brown semi shaggy hair
* his front bumper might have some jazz blue 20th ann. gti paint on it.
CLIFF NOTES:
*Got rear ended and the guy took off
*Text me pic of truck and plates and if info is good u get $50 cash, take 5 mins to text me and u get $50

You mean that he motioned for you to get the hell out of his way so he could bounce!
And what do you mean "due to your hatch?" Are you saying that you couldn't catch a 4-runner in your car?

I would imagine since he got rear ended that the "due to it being in my hatch" would indicate the license plate was quite literally IN his hatch (bumper). That's how I read it anyway.
